Core-Lock™ is a composite internal reinforcement system engineered to strengthen pipe insulation at support points. Traditional weight-bearing insulations like calcium silicate, phenolic foam, cellular glass, and polyisocyanurate often fail over time from point loading — leading to crushed or cracked insulation, reduced thermal performance, and increased risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI).
Core-Lock™ solves this by integrating a high-strength composite insert that evenly distributes mechanical loads, maintaining system integrity under stress.
